How This Works

In the recycling process, recyclable products often contain several kinds of plastics that are impossible to separate. These products are ground up in the process to create "Trash" recyclable material. The material is a mixture of plastics, mostly high density plastics and some low density plastics. "Trash" recyclable material, because of wide range of properties i.e. melting points, flow rates, densities, etc., is unusable in any of the normal manufacturing processes to make new products. Therefore, it needs to be hauled away as trash.

Patented Manufacturing Process

Ace Recycled Products have been using a patented manufacturing process to utilize "Trash" recyclable plastic material. The patented process combines the mixture of high density and low density "trash" plastics to create an extremely durable material. The material is molded into wheels for automated trash containers and commercial trash containers.
